Where the RAMS Swim.

Beginning in the Fall of 2025, RAMS practices are held at The Harley School and Rochester Institute of Technology. Throughout the year, we occasionally hold practices at other sites, including Genesee Valley Park Pool and SUNY Brockport.

Many of our members purchase a season pass to GVP for the summer and hold informal workouts together during lap swim times. 

• The Harley School: 5 lane, 25 yard competition pool
• Rochester Institute of Technolory: 8 lane, 25 yard competition pool

Swim Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday AM: The Harley School 5:45-7:15am
• Tuesday and Thursday PM: The Harley School 6:30-8:00pm
• Saturday AM: Rochester Institute of Technology 8:10-9:55am
